Rush Tracker support

Rush Tracker is published by Rush Live, Inc.. We provide all support for the app; Overwolf does not.

Contact us

Email rushliveteam@gmail.com with "Rush Tracker" in the subject. To help us answer quickly, include your Rush username, the build shown in the app's Settings (for example "build 0.2.14 @ …"), the game and roughly when the match ended, and what you expected versus what happened.

If we ask for a diagnostics file: turn on Diagnostic mode in the app's Settings, open the diagnostics panel and save the export (it goes to your Downloads folder). Other players' names are replaced by tokens in it, and it is only ever sent if you send it.

Questions about your Rush account, contests or payouts belong to the Rush app: use the same address, or see the Rush Terms.

Common questions

How do I link my PC?

Open Rush Tracker; it shows a short code. In the Rush app, go to Settings → Pair Companion and enter the code.

The window doesn't appear.

Once your PC is linked, the app starts in the background. Click Rush Tracker in the Overwolf dock, or press Ctrl+Shift+G while a supported game is running.

A match didn't show up.

In Settings, check that the app is linked and that Pause event posting is off. A result that could not be sent (for example, while you were offline) is saved on your PC and sent automatically later.

How do I stop it sending anything?

Turn on Pause event posting in Settings (nothing is sent while it is on), or unlink your PC.

How do I remove it completely?

Uninstall it from Overwolf, then delete the %LOCALAPPDATA%\gamingpython folder. The app keeps its pairing there on purpose, so that a reinstall stays linked; see the Privacy Notice.

Which games are supported?

Rocket League, Rainbow Six Siege and Fortnite.
